Engineered Material: High durability, uniform patterns and elegance, resistance to heat/cold, high resistance to etching, no sealing required, easy cleanup, low resistance to UV rays. Surface will discolor with flat irons in bathroom. Once stained, remains stained. Does not require maintenance.

Quartz is ideal for families with busy kitchens - able to handle excessive mess and spills. It is a popular choice for modern kitchens and its low maintenance provides an advantage for busy families.  


If you desire uniformity and a wide array of pattern and pigments, quartz is an excellent choice. Due to non-porous nature, maintenance is on the low side. Quartz consistent appearance and beauty is best when not under direct sunlight as it will discolor over time.

Porcelain offers high durability for streamlined budgets. It has a low absorption rate and makes clean-up very easy. Choosing the porcelain option provides for many patterns and pigments to choose from.


If you desire making a statement above laminate countertops that is cost effective - porcelain is an excellent choice. However, porcelain is vulnerable to impact drops - so if you can be clumsy in the kitchen or are prone to hitting corners - porcelain may not be viable as it can crack and chip more easily than natural stone options.

Granite is the only material uniquely qualified for outdoor use.


  • You will be provided with a personal sales representative.
  • We will gather all of your project specifications for initial quote.
  • If you are unsure of what material you want, we will schedule an appointment for you to see our live inventory or connect you with a slab wholesaler.
  • Once you approve initial quote, we will schedule a template appointment. (Please note: all cabinetry must be installed prior to template appointment, and any special order sinks must be on premise.)  
  • Template is laser generated and updated quote is created.
  • Once final quote is approved, we schedule an install date.
  • 50% of project installation amount or special order materials is due prior to install date.
  • Remaining balance due after installation.
  • Please note: My Granite Guys is not licensed for plumbing or electricity components, any turning on/shutting off must be organized by client with licensed professional.


My Granite Guys carries a select inventory that is most popular with current trends. With our internal inventory, you are only required to purchase square footage used. 


If our live inventory does not suit your desires, we will send you to our a slab wholesaler so that you can select from wider selections. Outsourced material requires purchase of full slab per distributors' requirements. Cost of material special orders is due prior to install date.


My Granite Guys provides a 1-year warranty on the install.


If you order engineered materials, warranties are provided per manufacturer's policies.


Natural stones do not have warranties.


My Granite Guys carries a select standard inventory that is included in the price of your install. If you desire a special order sink of your choosing, we will template your design accordingly.
